An International Visual Merchandising Coordinator with 10 years of experience within the retail fashion industry and a reputation for creativity. Experience of working for well known brands including BURBERRY,LACOSTE, Michael Kors and as well as İpekyol AYAYDIN GROUP to lead visual presentation strategies within retail stores and support brand positioning / VM standards consistently across regions whilst balancing commercial business needs. Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate concisely and articulately at all levels. A champion of best practice, both organised and customer-focused and with exceptional communication skills.

The interesting thing of stores for me is the combination of playing with emotion and behavior of the customer through the products and employee. The right mix results in happy customers and proud employees and of course extra sales. Besides store specialist I love to travel to exotic destinations great to experience new cultures and their way of living.
